Warranty: The COB can take a significant amount of abuse. However, should the hardware break or the strap material becomes unusable LC will resolve or replace whatever the issue is up to 3 months after your purchase.

Returns: The C.O.B. is a newer concept, not everyone understands it right away and most peoples problems can be resolved just by a simple walkthrough on how to use it. However, if you are still unsatisfied with the product we will accept returns up to 1 month after your purchase.
