The C.O.B. provides a stiff platform for your holster to bite. This prevents it from being able to freely rotate or tilt. Then clips to your favorite clothes to spread the weight and lock it in place.

Cinch your drawstring (if applicable) for a snug waistband.
Position the C.O.B. inside your waistband at your carry position.
